Having worked with several realtors over the years, I can say that Casey is top notch and I can recommend her without reservation. My family was moving from the Midwest to the Raleigh area for a new job and we had very little knowledge of the area or market. We also needed to buy during a historically crazy sellers market in a very desirable area, and needed to do so on a deadline with getting kids into school. We had a unique situation as we were buying our retirement home while we still lived in Pennsylvania. Casey's knowledge of the Raleigh and the local real estate market made this process so easy. Given the hot ITB housing market we ended up making an offer on a house we did not even have a chance to personally see. Casey and our daughter went to see the house and took lots of pictures. She arranged for a contractor to see if the house could be renovated like we wanted it to and still be within our budget. All this was accomplished in one day and we put in an offer. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but certain experiences I need to share. I met Casey at an Open house, and while that particular house was not for me, Casey made a great first impression. Then she followed up with a cool video referencing our meeting. Due to my travel schedule I’m sure I was not the easiest client to work with, but Casey was always available, always professional, always well prepared, and always had a great attitude! She was well connected, and extremely knowledgeable of all the areas we were interested in. I was working through B of A for my mortgage. We were very close on a house, but we backed out of the deal. We moved to our second option, but our timeframe was condensed greatly due the closing on the sale of my house in IL, and trying to avoid putting our stuff in storage. B of A could not come close to closing in the available window. Casey said she had atty’s and lenders who could make it happen.
